UPMC Home Healthcare is a group of Medicare certified organizations providing home health care in three-quarters of the counties across Pennsylvania. UPMC Home Healthcare is owned by UPMC Community Provider Services.

The Altoona, Erie, Greater Pittsburgh, Williamsport, and Venango locations also offer Hospice services in addition to Home Healthcare.

Private duty services are available in communities served by Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County.

UPMC Home Healthcare performs over 800,000 home visits per year. All of these locations work together to operationally support the organization and provide "Care Where It Matters Most - At Home".
