UPMC Visiting Nurses - Care Where It Matters Most - Your Home

UPMC Visiting Nurses is a Medicare certified, Joint Commission accredited organization providing home health care in 15 counties in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Great Lakes Home Healthcare and Hospice covers Erie county. It is owned by UPMC Community Provider Services and Fayette Regional Health System.

UPMC Visiting Nurses is comprised of UPMC Home Healthcare, VNA of Venango County and Fayette Home Care and Hospice. Great Lakes Home Healthcare and Hospice is part of UPMC Hamot.

VNA of Venango, Fayette and Great Lakes provide Hospice services as well as Home Health. Additionally, VNA of Venango and Fayette provide Private Duty services.
