Typically, you or your loved one will receive care from the same mental health nurse beginning at the first home visit through the last. Each person receives a comprehensive behavioral health evaluation which includes testing for depression, mental status, and a variety of other standardized tests.
Medication management and education is often a critical aspect in successful treatment. Our mental health nurses are experts in medication management and will work closely with your primary care physician to find the best options for your care. Our staff will also assist with referrals and information on community mental health services and follow up.
